Shaker :
The timeless simplicity of the shaker style is usually expressed with flat panel doors that are inset and flush with the cabinet frame ( see the above door images ). The cabinet door frames may have wide vertical stiles. Many shaker cabinets have omitted the bottom horizontal face frame (called a rail) so that the door runs flush with the bottom of the box. Slate and or wood counter tops, wood knobs, and nickel or brass hardware are common. We can provide quarter sawn white oak cabinets for an authentic appeal.

Fitted Kitchen :
This style usually combines different finishes and/or different door styles in one space. Sometimes furniture inspired pieces are incorporated as islands or tastefully added to the perimeter.

English Country :
Open china display racks, wood cut outs in valances (called a frieze), beaded board end panels, unique paints and finishes, and glass mullion doors, are brought together to create this atmosphere. Doors may be flush with the cabinet frame. Applied turned legs are common.
Formal Country :
This style utilizes well organized and balanced design. White or off-white paint gives a uniform or symmetrical look that is classically uncomplicated. Glass doors, polished brass or nickel hardware, and crown molding add sophistication. Beaded inset or regular overlay doors are frequently used.

Casual Country :
This look often incorporates distressed cabinets displaying well worn edges and layered finishes. Lots of open shelving and cabinets created to look like individual pieces of furniture add to the casual country theme. Frequently cabinets of different yet complimentary colors are combined.

European :
With european style cabinets full overlay doors conceal most of the cabinet frame or box. Sometimes frameless box construction is used (meaning cabinets that have no face frame like traditional American cabinets). Hinging is usually concealed. Solid panel doors boasting sleek vertical grains inspire repeated patterns and color tones. This look may include a higher toe kick area, or perhaps no kick panel with the cabinets raised off the floor leaving six to twelve inches of open space beneath.

French Country :
Attached pediments and ornamental millwork including elegant corbels, furniture feet, and curling molding at crown and toe are characteristic in creating this look. Rich wood hues and warm glazed paints add tasteful appeal.

Arts and Crafts :
Bold, clean lines combined with artistic expression make this theme very popular. Flat panel inset doors are common, as are glass doors. Cabinets are often finished so that their natural wood tones radiate through a matte patina.
