Getting an estimate from kitchenplace.com is easy, and we deliver to most locations from Maine to California at no extra charge.

Note: We do not sell to resellers.

Only request a cabinet estimate if you feel you meet the following conditions:

1. You are willing to make a direct on-line purchase from a well known, reputable cabinet supplier.

2. You do not want particle board cabinets, quickly assembled boxes, or ready to assemble cabinets. You are looking for good quality all wood cabinets. 3. Your delivery location can accept a truck 65 ft. long and 13 1/2 ft high. If you have questions about delivery, please call us at 207-667-4439.

4. Your order will meet our ten cabinet minimum.

5. You have a floor plan or material list designating cabinet sizes and codes that came from either; information listed in our Fashionable Enclosures catalog, a design reviewed by an experienced professional, a design that we helped you with, or cabinet sizes shown in a competitor's catalog.

If you already have a price from another cabinet manufacturer, read this first before requesting an estimate. ----- Brand Price Comparison ----- We are about double the price of: Mills Pride, American Woodmark, Kabinart, Triangle Pacific, IXL, Merillat, Prestige, Thomasville, and other budget type stock cabinets. We are about 35 - 45% higher priced than up-graded versions of: KraftMaid, Brandom, Kemper, Decora, Schrock, Yorktowne, Diamond, Legacy, and other semi-custom cabinets. We price about the same, but are built better than: Plain N' Fancy's all wood version, Bertch, Omega Custom We price about 10 - 15% less than: WoodMode, Rutt, SieMatic, Studio Becker, Crown Point Brubaker, Crystal, DBS, Fieldstone, Heritage, Neff, Omega, Plato, Poggenpohl, Quality, Snaidero, and other medium to high quality cabinets. What happens when you buy cheap cabinets?

here are two ways to get an estimate:

1) Fill out the form below, and in approx. 10-14 days we will send you an estimate. Lead times may vary depending upon our work load. We have a ten cabinet minimum order.

Note: You will need to have a list of cabinets to work with. If you don't have a design or list of cabinets, you may want to have us design your space and price that design, or you may want to order our Fashionable Enclosures cabinet catalog so that you can determine what items you would like to have us price. Please visit our design services page for more information about hiring us to help create your design.

2) You can fax us a DETAILED plan of your layout. DO NOT SEND ATTACHMENTS VIA E-MAIL. Your plan must include room dimensions and it must list cabinet sizes and configurations. We cannot give you an estimate based upon a plan that is not detailed. A detailed plan will tell us the sizes of the cabinets, indicate the number of doors and drawers, list accessory items, and list any misc. materials required. If you have never designed a kitchen before, use our catalog as a size guide, hire us to design your space, or get other professional help laying the cabinets out. If you wish to fax a plan to us, please follow the Fax Instructions:

1)Please include your name on EACH page and state your daytime phone number. This is extremely important because we will need to call you if we have questions, and we will phone you with pricing. We do not fax back estimates.

2) Please include your delivery address.

3) List any other brands you are considering.

4) List the door style you wish us to price (please see our door selection).

5) List the wood species you wish us to price (oak, pine, maple, cherry, hickory, etc.).

6) Please include a type of finish (stain, glazed stain, paint, glazed paint, antique paint, etc.).

7) Provide the date you need the cabinets

8) Please print all information clearly. If we cannot read your fax, we can not reply. Send black line drawings (pencil and color documents do not fax well enough to read properly). If you need to send us a picture, you can mail it via US Mail or call us for other instructions (207-667-4439). Plans should show cabinet sizes, indicate configuration of each piece, and give room dimensions.

Material List Please list wall cabinets first, then base cabinets, then misc. items. Be very descriptive (i.e. Wall cabinet 33" wide x 36" high x 12" deep with two mullion doors) or use the cabinet codes found on our Fashionable Enclosures CD ROM catalog. If you are using cabinet codes from another cabinet brand, please tell us what cabinet brand the codes came from (not all codes are the same), and describe each item in your list. As an alternative, you may fax a detailed plan to us for an estimate, but please read about how to get an estimate before you send your fax. Qty.
