This space is a bit of a challenge. There are multiple doors
and windows to work around. I came up with a good solution to
creating a workable kitchen without altering the room structure.
The beam ( not shown above ) may be a problem
by adversely affecting the range hood duct.
Before finalizing a plan, venting the hood must be
carefully planed so that the ductwork avoids the beam.

This plan seems to be the only one I found to function the best. I spent many hours
trying to achieve good storage, adequate workspace, and an attractive layout.
Note the beam is integrated with the optional wooden soffit.
I took the liberty
of including a wooden hood enclosure. This enclosure blends with the soffit easier,
and might make ducting under the beam easier.

This view shows the cabinets hung at 84" with an optional wood soffit and
crown. Note the optional built-in refer door panels. To the far left is a corner
base super sized lazy susan.

This view gives you a better look at the recessed sink cabinet. While standing at the sink
the clean-up person can look out the windows at the table as well as the window sink.
The sink is at a 45 degree to the sink wall.
Clean up is a breeze since dishes can be stacked over the dishwasher
( shown with optional appliance door front ).

This is a view into the pantry space. The wall cabinet is hung just below
the ceiling and crown is applied.

This view shows the optional mullion doors prepared for your glass.
The upper cabinets are shown as being 12" deep. The base cabinets
are reduced in depth and height ( 15" deep x 30" high ).

This shows the other pantry side. The base cabinet is also reduced in height and depth.
