I would like to say that with all the doors and your list of wants I had
a tough time configuring a plan that worked well. There are other plans
that could work in this space, but this one does everything you
required.

I took the liberty to move the dinning room door and the door to the new family room was
adjusted slightly ( see lower left corner of above image ).
I kept the new pantry door as shown on the plan you sent me.
In order to incorporate all the appliances you mentioned and include seating,
counter work space, added storage, window seat, etc. I had to move the refer too.
You might have to stop and think about this plan for a while since it is so
drastically different from the one you sent to me, but it works well.
On your plan, you showed the refrigerator built-in to the wall. I suggest
you make that space into a closet or use it to access the family room.

This view shows the wall oven/microwave and refrigerator. The top doors can be
single pains of glass instead of the small mullions shown. I was concerned with
the oven doors opening in front of a doorway, so this location works well.
Notice the left base cabinet is angled to allow for traffic flow, but gives
maximum counter space.

This view shows a diagonal sink with dishwasher to the left and trash compactor to the right.
I have located a down draft cooktop on the left leg of the "L". The wall cabinet
over the sink has glass doors both sides to help brighten the space.
Notice the angled base on the end of the right leg. This angle allows for better
traffic flow to the family room and dinning area. A large section of counter top
is located to the right of the sink.

I suggest an attached table ( a standard table also works ) so that you can achieve
the seating you requested. This table could sit as many as five people. A standard
table could be moved to accommodate more people. Note the tall hutch has a furniture
look ( fancy toe space and is shorter than the other cabinets ). Many toe kick styles
are available. This is just one example of what might be done to add storage to the kitchen.

This view gives you a better idea of the space.

The window seat space could be designed in a number of different ways.
This version is simple, but allows for storage under the seat. I wasn't
sure of the window height so I used generic windows. The window seat top
could be wood, plastic laminate, or match the kitchen counter material.
Cushions maybe placed on top of the seat for comfort.

You had originally asked for the Franklin style and I mentioned saving some
money by using the Terry door. This is the Terry inset style cabinet.
The Terry prices less than the Franklin. The Terry can come in many wood species and stains ( paint shown ).
It can also be full overlay, regular overlay or inset with a bead ( beaded inset shown above ).
The inset cost is slightly higher than full overlay.
