This design was proposed by plans
provided by the customer.
A view from behind the island. Note the wall cabinets have top doors prepared
for the customers glass. The stacked wall cabinet look will actually be built as
one wall cabinet. The back of the island has 40 1/2" high cabinets.
This view shows the sink centered under the window. The left end of this counter top has
an overhang for seating and a 3/4" finished matching plain panel.
This view shows the oven and refrigerator wall. The tall cabinets are hung to
102" plus base molding and crown.
This view shows the island having a raised back counter section.
Also note the overhang on the counter top to the left of the sink.

2ND PLAN
This view shows the back of the island. All the doors prepared for glass are
now the size of a 18" high cabinet. The island now has a furniture toe kick.
The subzero will have a stainless front. The island will have a decorate cut out in the
furniture base. The island base cabinets on the cooktop side will be 26" deep.
Since the island is deeper than the other design, the sink cabinet under the window
(not shown) will not be made deeper.
The upper doors will be made the hight of doors for a 18" wall cabinet.
A refer. end panel 1"+ wide will be placed on the left end of the Subzero.
I didn't have a picture of a Shaker door with pegs, so I edited a door picture
to look as close to what you asked for as I could. I didn't have a maple
door picture, please ignore the wood species shown below.
