This view shows the cooktop and double wall ovens.
An arched valance was incorporated with a hood to add
some unique style to the plan. Roll out shelves could
be located on either side of the cooktop. The pantry
could also have roll out shelves also ( other
options available too ).
The cabinets are hung at 84" + wide crown molding.
The island has a loose furniture toe kick that is applied to the front and sides.
The back of the island would have loose base board molding applied.
Since four seats are required the island was changed from the
drawings sent to us. To the right of the sink is a double trash pullout.
Roll out trays could be located to the left of the dishwasher.
The top drawers could have cutlery dividers.
The desk area has an open bookcase. Optional mullion doors are shown.
The wall cabinet directly over the pencil drawer has an attached valance
to conceal lighting. The drawer base could hold files.

Notice the appliance garage next to the refrigerator. The tall unit and
the end of the island have decorative end panels.
The island counter is supported by two optional carved corbels.
Carved corbels come in many styles.
This top view shows the recommended shape of the island top.
There is the recommended space between objects to allow for traffic.
This kitchen has three work stations, an eating area, and the desk counter top.
