Version 1
This is a top view of plan version one. It represents the cabinets and the
design you requested. The refrigerator is built into the pantry area as you
requested. Note: the refer. will stick out a few inches into the traffic of the hall.
This view shows the sink wall with the pantry to the right. A tall filler is placed
between the pantry and the wall so that the doors can be opened and the roll out
shelves can be accessed.
This view shows the range and hood ( no wall cabinet above hood ).
As you requested the microwave is hidden behind the tambour door
to the right of the range hood. Note that the refer. sticks into the hall
opening.
This view gives you a better look at the kitchen from the breakfast table area.
Note the depth of the microwave cabinet may be the same depth or deeper
than the range hood ( may not be the best looking solution ).
Version 2
There are probably 500 plans that would work in this space.
This is a top view of my suggested plan. I moved the refer. to a new location near
the breakfast table for convenience and to keep it out of the traffic flow.
I moved the range to the outside wall ( for ease of venting ).
The current pantry you now have can remain pantry storage.
This plan is more economical than version 1.
This view shows the sink wall. I moved the dishwasher to the left of the sink so
the range could be relocated on the outside wall. This makes venting the
range an easier task. It also makes life easier when going from sink
to stove top.
This shows the refer/microwave side. The microwave is hidden
behind the top tambour door ( mid section of cabinet ) and the bottom tambour
door hides the toaster and coffee maker ( bottom section ).
The refrigerator is enclosed in optional end panels.
This view shows the sink and refer. on the same wall. A corner appliance garage and
corner cabinet were added. The spice cabinet was moved to the left of the drawer stack.
A dishwasher end panel is placed between the refer. and the dishwasher.
The blind corner base ( on the left ) can have a half lazy susan accessory.
This view shows the range wall. The microwave cabinet has been omitted.
Two tall pantry cabinets will be slid into an opening in the wall on the far right.
All of these base cabinets will have two roll out shelves.
This top view shows the table and the shape of the cabinets/appliances.
This sink view shows the 24" wall cabinet over the refer. and end panels to the floor.
The wall cabinets are hung at 90" plus layered molding.
This range view shows the new microwave cabinet on the right end.
This microwave cabinet measures 27" wide x 12" deep and has an opening
for the microwave ( opening 23 1/2" wide x 17" high ). The microwave
sits on a shelf that is 18" deep. Each base cabinet on this wall has
two standard roll out shelves. Full extension and/or soft close roll out shelves
are available as an upgrade.
